CSU LDC Program - Fall 2024
This studio focused on bringing all the components of landscape design together. These design sheet sets contain overall site plans, inspiration boards, plant pallets and construction details. Significant attention was paid to plant selection and the placement of programmatic elements. As always, document professionalism was standard.
CSU LDC Program - Spring 2024
Work from two classes during spring semester. One focused on learning and practicing site grading for water management, landscaping purposes and roads and paths. The other class was a comprehensive study in understanding irrigation practices and utilizing the Land F/X AutoCAD plug-in to design irrigation plans.
CSU LDC Program - Fall 2023
Work from Studio 3 - Structures. This studio focused on landscape construction methods and materials, how to draft construction details and how to create construction documents.
CSU LDC Program - Spring 2023
Work from Studio 2 - Principles of Landscape Design. This studio built upon Studio 1, with a stronger focus on design forms and methodology in the context of client and maintenance needs.
CSU LDC Program - Fall 2022
Selected work from Studio 1 - Landscape Graphics. This studio served as an introduction into hand and computer generated concepts, graphics and renderings.
Cornell University - Summer 2019
A rigorous introduction to architectural ideas, principals and methods. Space, form and structure were explored through initial cube designs that facilitated play between two and three dimensions, cumulating in the discovery of a landscape and the design of a livable space.
CU Boulder - Fall 2016
The focus of this studio was the observation, analysis, and interpretation of a location of our choosing along the Boulder Creek Recreation Path. This studio involved producing sketches, infographics, a booklet and ultimately a valise to display the semester's work.
Personal Project
This collection demonstrates my exploration and refinement of various medias and subjects. Some of these works were produced for the CU Boulder Environmental Design studio while some are personal sketches done in my free time.
Personal Project
This collection highlights unique and fascinating satellite images of landscapes and satellite image unconformities around the world, revealing the inherent beauty of our earth and the beauty of imperfect technology. This is a work in progress; most images are sourced from Google Earth.
